At first glance, it’s hard to tell apart the ice cream served at a Taiwan cafe and a living pooch.
With deep wrinkles and puppy eyes, the gelato served at Bambino is modelled after a dog breed called Chinese Shar Pei.
And customers can’t bear to take a bite out of the icy treat.
“It really feels like a real dog is looking at you,” said a customer. Another said: “I feel like cutting into him will hurt him, I feel sorry for him.”
